OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 June 2009 was announced, that charitable event devoted to the Children’s Day was held in JSC NC “KazMunayGas” in Astana.

The KMG sports area became a place where the indoor soccer friendly match between two picked teams of the foster children from the “Svetoch” Orphanage and “Zhas Ulan” Republican School named after S.K.Nurmagambetov as well as the KazMunayGas employees was held.

Marat Gizzatov, Managing Director that: “This is not only one of the brightest and the most pleasant holidays for the children but also a reminder to adults that children need constant care and protection and the adults bear responsibility for them”.

After the game the team members and football supporters from among the children received memorable prizes. The KMG employees at their own initiative raised money to buy sportswear and gifts for the players.

Football match between children is anticipated to be held annually with attraction of new teams.
