OREANDA-NEWS. June 08, 2009. The Information and PR Center of Energoatom Concern OJSC is receiving fewer and fewer inquiries concerning the rumors about accidents at its nuclear power plants. The decline in the number of inquiries to www.russianatom.ru proves that the provocative activity against the Russian nuclear power plants is abating. If on June 5 there were 3,000 more inquiries than usually, on June 6 there were just 200 inquiries more.
 
Nevertheless, we continue following the changes of the interest in the subject on the internet and in the mass media. We would like to say once again: all of the nuclear power plants of Energoatom Concern are operating normally. The information about accidents there is not true.
