OREANDA-NEWS. June 03, 2009. Within the frameworks of consultations the companies will discuss the proposal concerning the exchange bonds issue and the credit rating acquisition.

On June 3, in St. Petersburg, IDGC OF North-West top management consultations will take place together with the representatives of “Troika Dialog”, one of the leading independent investment companies in Russia.

The parties plan to discuss the proposals concerning the reorganization of the exchange shares issue and the Company’s acquisition of the international credit rating.

As Anatoliy Kushnerov, IDGC of North-West Corporate Governance Deputy General Director notes, Alexander Kukhmay will take place in the consultations, as well as Olga Makarova, Economy and Finance Deputy General Director.

It is expected that during the consultations which will be carried out in such a format in IDGC of North-West for the first time, the participants will get acquainted with the debt capital market review, and discuss the proposals concerning the issue of the exchange bonds and credit rating acquisition.
