OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 June 2009 was announced, that according to the plan of air fleet renovation one more Airbus A319 was added to the fleet of aircrafts.

Airbus with the number VQ-BAT became the tenth in the family of A320. Aircraft is ready to operate on ROSSIYA’s routes. At the moment ROSSIYA uses 7 Airbuses A319, 3 Airbuses A320, 5 Boeings 727-500 medium-haul airliners. During the summer season of 2009 ROSSIYA will be also operating 10 airliners Tu-154M. Company uses 3 Boeing 767-300 long-haul airliners.

ROSSIYA relies on the modern international manufacturing aircrafts giving preference to the French concern Airbus in the most popular segment. Company has already stopped operating Il-86 and Tu-134.
