OREANDA-NEWS. June 01, 2009.  OAO Severstal, one of the world’s leading steel and mining companies, today announced that Alexander Grubman has been appointed as the CEO of its Severstal Resources division effective immediately. Since May 1st, 2009 Alexander Grubman has been the acting CEO of Severstal Resources.

Alexander joined Severstal Resources in 2006 as an operating director, with responsibility for the day to day running of the division.

Prior to joining Severstal, Alexander held leading management positions at Coca Cola Company, SunInterbrew and Unimilk.
