OKKO Started Network Loyalty Program FISHKA
OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 June 2009 was announced, that loyalty program FISHKA aimed at regular customers started at OKKO filling complexes network. It is long-term loyalty program, directed on customers as a reward for their commitment and loyalty to OKKO brand.
Initially, the program has started at OKKO filling complexes in L'viv and Kharkiv regions. During the first day of the program customers could get a FIHSKA card on 54 OKKO filling complexes in given regions. The program will spread out step-by-step onto other regions and will be available at all OKKO filling complexes (277 filling complexes). As at the beginning of the third day of the program about 12 thousand FISHKA loyalty cards were given out.
Starting loyalty program, our Company clearly realizes the irreversibility of the process and responsibility to the customer as regards providing top quality of the products and services. We worked for a long time on the development of an interesting, flexible and widespread program, which would give our customers additional benefits and would serve as a gratitude for their choice.
The principle of the program is quite simple and already common for a customer – for every hryvnya spent at OKKO filling complex (acquisition of fuel or other goods and services) points are counted on the customer’s card, which afterwards can be exchanged for rewards. The list of rewards is presented in the “FISHKA – Collection of rewards” booklet and will be changed constantly so that customers and their families get new interesting offers every time.
