OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 June 2009 was announced, that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OAO Oil & Gas Company “RussNeft” took place. The agenda of the meeting:  re-election of the Board of Directors of the Company and revision of the number of its members. The register for participation at the meeting was closed on March 10.

According to the results of the decisions taken the number of seats in the Board of Directors of OAO Oil & Gas Company “RussNeft” shall remain the same: five seats.

The following people went into the Board of Directors of OAO Oil & Gas Company “RussNeft”: Vladislav Solovyov, Chrystalla Dekatris, George Mountis, Evelina Georgiades,  Ashot Khachturiants, who took the place of exiting Alexandros Georgiades.
