OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 June 2009 was announced, that Sibirtelecom OJSC got 1.4 mlrd rubles under the contracts about opening of three nonrevolving credit lines made with Sberbank of Russia, OJSC.

The attracted funds are planned to be used for financing of the investment program of 2009 and for refinancing of current liabilities of Sibirtelecom OJSC.

Characteristics of the credit lines:

·       Nonrevolving credit line;

·       The amount of the credit line – 1billion rubles;

·       Duration of the credit line – 5 years;

·       Interest rate – 20% per annum;

·       Total of attracted lending resources – 3 billion rubles.
