OREANDA-NEWS. May 29, 2009. Mayak Technocell in Penza, Russia has successfully started up its new decor paper machine, Voith Paper said in a statement.

PM 5 produces high-quality decor paper in the basis weight range of 50 - 110 g/mІ. The machine, with a wire width of 2.3 meters, is designed for a production speed of up to 800 m/min and a capacity of 30 thousand tons per year.

Voith Paper's scope of supply includes a MasterJet F/B II headbox with ModuleJet dilution water technology for maximum jet accuracy at lowest CD profile deviations and the DuoShake breast roll shake for optimum formation values.

In the approach flow system, Voith Paper supplied the TwinFlow refining system, the EcoMizer centrifugal cleaner system, the MultiScreen MSA and MSS screening system with C-Bar screen baskets, including engineering, installation supervision and start-up.
