OREANDA-NEWS. May 29, 2009. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against "Tolmachyovo Airport" OJSC for the elements of violating Part 1 Article 17 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" (which prohibits actions that lead or can lead to preventing, restricting or eliminating competition in tendering), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The case was initiated upon a petition of "H.L.B. Vneshaudit".

FAS Russia suspects that "Tolmachyovo Airport" OJSC violated the law by exercising competition-restrictive actions in course of a mandatory annual audit of financial statements (accounts) in 2008.

The case will be heard on 24th June 2009.
