OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2009. Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE, reported the press-centre of KASE:

At a meeting of the management of National Wellbeing Fund Samruk-Kazyna a decision was made:

- to early terminate authorities of:
  Kayrat Kelimbetov - Chairman of the Board of Directors;

- to elect into composition of the Board of Directors Aset Isekeshev - as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

According to the extract from the share register of shareholders of Development Bank of Kazakhstan as on April 1, 2009 National Wellbeing Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana) held all outstanding shares of the bank.
