Approval of MBRD Annual Report for 2008

Approval of MBRD Annual Financial Statements, including the Profit and Loss Statement (MBRD Profit and Loss Account)

MBRD profit allocation (including payment (announcement) of dividends) for 2008

Election of the Board of Directors of MBRD

Election of the Auditing Committee of MBRD

Approval of the External Auditor of the Bank
