OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent commissioned by Uralsviazinform, Ltd., to pay the seventh coupon on the company’s Series 06 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 13% per annum, or 64 rubles 82 kopecks per bond. The Bank paid a total of 129,639,992 rubles, less tax. The issuer itself fulfilled the responsibilities of tax agent.

Uralsviazinform, Ltd., floated its Series 06 bonds on November 24, 2005, to raise 2 billion rubles. The bonds have a six-year maturity. Sviaz-Bank was the managing underwriter for the issue. Uralsviazinform, Ltd., has bond issues of Series 07 and 08 in circulation as well.
