OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 May 2009 was announced, that golden statuette “Saint Georgiy” was awarded to PO “Sevmash” on the 10th International forum “High Technologies of XXI Century”.

This year 400 competitive projects were represented and only 30 among them were awarded. The more ponderable is Sevmash’s acknowledgement. Shipbuilders were highly appreciated for competitive project “Introduction of Progressive Building Technology of Semi-Submerged Marine Platform MOSS CS-50” in nomination “Innovation Techniques of Real Sector of Economics and Social Field”. Awarding certificate was signed by Moscow mayor Yu. Luzhkov. The largest in the country shipbuilding complex took part in this exhibition for the fourth time, in 2006 the delegation of Sevmash won bronze “Saint Georgiy”, in 2007 – a silver one and this year the award was the highest. Moreover, Sevmash delegation was awarded with a diploma for taking part in exhibition “High Technologies of 21 Century” and achievements in the field of high technologies. Head of Information and Advertisement Management of ОАО “PO “Sevmash” A. Kholodov was awarded with medal “For Creative Contribution to Forum Formation And Development” from Department of Science and Industrial Policy of Moscow Government.
