OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 May 2009 was announced, that by resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the authorized capital of Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company was increased by UAH 40 million. Thus, current authorized capital of the company amounts to UAH 205,621,450.00.

The company’s authorized capital was increased from UAH 165,621,450 to UAH 205,621,450 (by about 24%). Upon foundation of the company, its authorized capital has increased several times, which demonstrates the intention of the shareholders to develop business in Ukraine and maintain financial solvency and reliability of the company at a high level.
