OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 May 2009 was announced, that a residential complex with underground parking is to be developed on Bolshoy Tishinsky Lane in central Moscow.

According to a press service of City Hall, the relevant order has been signed by Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov. Under the document the construction will be carried out on 43A/1 Bolshoy Tishinsky Lane from 2009 to 2012.

The structure is to be erected on the 0.42-hectare site. Its ultimate area will be 28,400 square metres, including the 20,000-square-metre building above ground level.
