Halyk Savings Bank Completes Drawing of Funds within SMB Crediting
OREANDA-NEWS. May 26, 2009. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the press release on the following, reported the press-centre of KASE:
Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan has early completes drawing of funds allocated by National Welfare fund Samruk-Kazyna for crediting small and medium businesses on the joint program with Entrepreneurship Development Fund Damu.
Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan Board Chairman Umut Shayakhmetova:
"Early and successful completion of the program became possible due to clearly worked out bank business processes, which allow considering applications within short period of time, employees enthusiasm and timeliness of such program for SMB clients. All allocated by the government funds were issued for projects development in the area of industry, agriculture, trade and services. Clients from 14 regions, Astana and Almaty cities participated in this program".
In the first decade of March the government allocated for funding SMB KZT240 bn to 12 banks, including KZT11.7 bn to Halyk Bank.
