OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2009. the plants and units of KAMAZ in Naberezhnye Chelny and Zainsk fulfilled the production plan for May.

The mother gathering conveyor coped with the task for the fifth month of 2009 already yesterday. 1887 sets – trucks, chassis, assembly sets and repair kits – were assembled on the main production site of the automobile plant during 22 working shifts in May. And 9181 units have been assembled since the beginning of this year.

The mother conveyor of KAMAZ-Diesel produced 2419 engines for the same period of time in May and 10746 units on the whole during five months.

In all 1920 vehicles and assembly sets were delivered to KAMAZ Trade and Finance Company and shipped to special equipment plants and assembly enterprises abroad in May. 183 heavy vehicles were assembled daily on average.

KAMAZ will start fulfilling a production plan for the next month on 8 June. The mother gathering conveyor of the automobile plant will work till 22 June included. Besides, during the whole month jobs will be organized in the departments with limited facilities for production of specially controlled items according to the approved schedule.
