FAS Informs on Recent Recruitment
OREANDA-NEWS. In the middle of May the Personnel Commission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service summarized the outcome of recruitment for the positions in the units of the central office of FAS Russia and the regional offices of the antimonopoly authority, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
Applicants showed the most interest towards positions at the FAS Russia's Departments for Control over Financial markets and Control over the Authorities. The number of applicants competing for the positions in those units was 18 and 21 accordingly. The best applicant was the position on the Department of Banking Services was Roman Kachura, who has a degree in law and experience of working for municipal authorities and a private law firm. Despite quite a few applicants for the position in the Department for Control over the Authorities, the Commission did not select the suitable applicant, and the position is still open.
The central Office of FAS Russia also has positions at the Department for Control over Transport and Communication (6 applicants, information about the winner will be published later on the FAS Russia's web site), and the Department for Control over Information Technology (12applicants). The position at the Department for Control over Information Technology will be offered to Yelizaveta Lobacheva, who has a degree in "applied computer sciences in economics" and more than 7-year experience.
Following the recruitment process in the central office of FAS Russia, 10 applicants are included in the Personnel reserve of the Antimonopoly service. Head of the units will be able to recruit officers from the personnel reserve, should they open a position matching an applicant's qualifications.
Regional offices of FAS Russia also filled executive positions through a competitive process. The best applicant for the position of the head of the Primorsky Office of FAS Russia is Sergy Vyalykh, who has worked as a civil servant for over 17 years. He has a law degree and his overall work experience is nearly 37, including courts of law, state security service, banking sector and advocacy.
Dagestan, Kalmykia, Amur and Arkhangelsk OFAS Russia has open positions for the Head of the regional offices. In Dagestan the position went to Muradkhan Khidirov, who for worked 17 as a civil servant, in the positions of a Deputy Chairman of the State Committee and the First deputy Chairman of a Minister of the Republic; he is a 1-class counselor of state of the Republic of Dagestan.
In the Arkhangelsk region, Denis Bugaev will become the OFAS Deputy Head - the Head of the Department for Antimonopoly Control. He is 29, has two university degrees and until now was an officer at the antimonopoly office.
Competitive recruitment for the position of the Deputy Head of the Amur OFAS Russia was won by Irina Krainova, who has worked in the state agencies for nearly 20 years. Irina has been working for the antimonopoly offices of Russia since they were formed in 1992; she is a 2-class counselor of state of the Russian Federation.
Recruitment in the Kalmykia Republic turned to be the most productive. Apart form the winning applicant, two applicants were included in the Personnel Reserve. Alexander Boldyrev will become the Deputy Head of the Kalmykia OFAS Russia; he has a law degree and 13.5-year experience of working for the government. He has a solid experience of working in the banking sector, and municipal and state authorities in the Republic. He has been with the antimonopoly office since 2008.
