OREANDA-NEWS. May 26, 2009. The Bank of Moscow has extended a RUR670.5 mln loan to NPO "Kosmos" Ltd. The money will be paid as a monetary deposit to secure an application for the participation in the open bids for the construction of the West Speedway Diameter in Saint Petersburg.

"Today NPO "Kosmos" Ltd is a major design and contracting organisation in Russia", says Igor Dubonosov, General Director of the Corporate and Investment Business Department of the Bank of Moscow. "The Company takes part in the implementation of big infrastructure projects such as the reconstruction of the Leningradskoye highway and the construction of the Forth Road Traffic Ring".
