TVEL Offers Bright Career Opportunities to Russian Students
OREANDA-NEWS. May 26, 2009. A delegation of TVEL OJSC met with a group of students of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI) on May 15 2009 in the framework of the Day of Atomenergoprom.
The delegation comprised specialists of Mashinostroitelny Zavod, MZP and VNIINM. They told the students about TVEL and its latest achievements in the field of innovative technologies, victories at a number of international tenders for the supply of fuel for foreign nuclear power plants in Europe and Asia as well as plans and prospects.
The guests answered lots of questions and invited the students to do on-site training at their company.
“The participation in the Day of Atomenergoprom at MEPhI is part of our complex program to attract personnel to our enterprises. We offer students bright career opportunities. The managers of our industry have repeatedly said that the experience of TVEL in forming new image, diversifying production, improving quality, enhancing competitiveness, building up effective corporate relations and introducing innovations is one of the best in the nuclear industry,” the deputy head of the Personnel Management Department of TVEL Svetlana Ushakova said during the meeting.
The key priorities of TVEL’s personnel policy is to preserve and develop its unique personnel resources, to ensure the continuity of critical knowledge, to rejuvenate the personnel, to actively recruit the most talented graduates of the leading technical universities and to ensure their constant professional improvement.
TVEL cares for its employees and fosters their professional development.
