OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2009. Following the results of the tender held by GOU VPO Irkutsk State University of Transport Routes and Communications, OJSC ROSNO-MS will provide obligatory medical insurance coverage to the employees of the said educational institution, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

In 2009, under the concluded contract, OJSC ROSNO-MS will provide insurance coverage to 1481 employee of GOU VPO Irkutsk State University of Transport Routes and Communications in Irkutsk, monitor volumes and quality of medical services rendered to the insured employees. The company’s employees will explain the insurants’ rights in the obligatory medical insurance system, and track sickness rate among insurants in order to provide recommendations to the Department’s officials regarding prevention of the most widespread diseases, thus enabling prompt situation analysis and formulation of recovery-related advice.

Along with ROSNO-MS, three other federal-scale insurers had participated in the tender.
