OREANDA-NEWS. May 22, 2009. Mission Control Center is ready to control operations of the Soyuz TMA-15 crew vehicle.

Ops personnel conducted several nominal and offnominal simulations to train the skills in Soyuz TMA-15 control at launch, autonomous flight, rendezvous and docking to the ISS.

Opr management reviewed the results of the simulations and confirmed that MCC personnel was ready to control the mission.

Soyuz TMA-15 launch is scheduled for May 27, at 14:35 Moscow time (10:35 GMT); docking is to occur on May 29, at 16:36 Moscow time (12:36 GMT).
