OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 May 2009 was announced, that the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom OJSC made a decision to appoint Ivan Vitalyevich Dadykin general director of Sibirtelecom OJSC. According to the decision of the Board of Directors, authorities of Alexander Isaev that occupied the position of general director of the Company from April 2007 were terminated before the appointed time.

Ivan Dadykin was born on July 15, 1960 in the settlement of Chistoozernoye, Novosibirsk Region. In 1982 he graduated from Novosibirsk Electro-Technical Institute of Communication specializing in automatic telecommunications. In 1996 he graduated from the Academy of Economy at RF Government, specializing in economy and enterprise management. From May 2006 he held the position of the first deputy general director of Sibirtelecom OJSC. The total period of work in the Company is 22 years. I. Dadykin worked his way up from head of a regional communications centre to the head of top echelon – from January 2003 he had the position of deputy general director – commercial director of Sibirtelecom. From November 2004 till May 2006 he had the position of general director of RTComm-Siberia CJSC, then he returned to Sibirtelecom to the position of first deputy general director. He has a wide experience in management, intimate knowledge of all business processes in the Company. Being first deputy general director, I. Dadykin supervised the work of the commercial and technical blocks, of the project management block. I.Dadykin has a departmental award “Master of Communication”.
