OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 May 2009 TMM Company reported its 1Q 2009 financial results under Ukrainian Accounting Standards.

The key financial indicators in January-March 2009 are as follows:

revenue - UAH 129.080 million; compared to 1Q08 revenue of UAH 64.567 million;

net revenue - UAH 107.462 million; compared to 1Q08 net revenue of UAH 53.827 million;

net profit: - UAH 8.024 million; compared to 1Q08 net loss of UAH 7.657 million.

The growth of the financial indicators in 1Q09 is to a large extent influenced by the increase of proceeds from sales in the completed projects since under the UAS they are recognized after the commissioning of a project.

The proceeds from operational and financial activities of TMM are directed to construction of the company's current residential projects – Sonyachna Brama and Aviator residential complexes in Kyiv and five residential projects in Kharkiv. All these projects are currently under construction with the level of completion from 65% to 95%.
