OREANDA-NEWS. On May 21, 2009 The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has given a protocol commission to the State Committee for Entrepreneurship and Ministry of Labour and Social Policy to open a hotline in the Government to ensure implementation of a resolution on moratorium on holding checks of economy subjects. Yulia Tymoshenko, the Prime Minister of Ukraine imparted in the course of an enlarged Governmental session dedicated to the issues of considering and approving anti-crisis measures, directed to support and development of entrepreneurship.

According to Yulia Tymoshenko, the hotline will be open within nearest days so that the entrepreneurs of Ukraine could call anytime and inform about the facts of violation of the mentioned moratorium.

The Premier emphasized the moratorium will prolong until December 31 of 2010.

“There won’t be a situation you will be attended without being notified, to hold non-planned inspections unless there was a complaint you have violated consumer rights, for example,” the Head of Government stressed.

Yulia Tymoshenko added on finding out any violations in entrepreneurs’ activity the controlling bodies will not immediately impose punitive sanctions but will make injunctions to eliminate the revealed violations during 30 days. The fine will be imposed only unless the entrepreneur eliminates violations in the course of the fixed in the document term.

The number of the hotline will be announced within nearest time.
