OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 May 2009 was announced, that employees of Turkmenobahyzmat Association have received keys to apartments in the new fashionable 72-apartment house. The house-warming ceremony held in the capital was dated to the the coming holiday - the Day of Revival, Unity and Poetry of Makhtumkuli Fraghi.

The skyscraper built by the Turkish Sumer company sprang up in the central part of the Garashsyzlyk Avenue, next to the new building of the Turkmen-Russian School named after A.S. Pushkin which is under construction. The monumental building with the elements of decor, reminiscent of patterns of the national carpet ornaments, consists of four sections.

All the residential apartments varying in size and design are equipped with modern appliances, air conditioning and heating. There are also individual storage rooms, special rooms for washing and ironing, parking area, underground parking and a covered canopy for the ritual activities.

The apartment building was built together with social facilities. A coffee shop and a store, and a recreation center with a fitness room are ready to serve the residents. Open sport and play grounds are equipped on the adjacent landscaped territory.
