OREANDA-NEWS. On May 18, 2009 People's Bank of Uzbekistan has launched 8 new deposits for population in 2009. The bank attracted 23.2 billion soums on these deposits.

The bank said it also reviewed existing line of deposits to meet interests of the clients.

Attraction of free resources of the individuals and legal entities into deposits is priority direction of the bank.
