OREANDA-NEWS. May 20, 2009. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has insured the participants of the sailing regatta "Banzai Conquers the World — 2009" organized by Banzai Publishing House (Yekaterinburg), reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The regatta was held in the Turkish and Greek zones of the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas. Among the participants were not only professionals, but also sailing amateurs from Yekaterinburg, Ufa, Samara, Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod — in total, 16 crews grouped into 2 cruiser yacht divisions.

ROSNO has issued traveler’s insurance policies for 28 yachtspeople. All of them have obtained an insurance protection under the program ROSNO-Voyager. The competitors have been guaranteed payment of emergency medical and transportation costs incurred as a result of sudden acute diseases, accidental injuries, acute toothache, or maxillofacial trauma. The insurance amount is 30 thousand USD per insured sportsperson.
