OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 May 2009 was announced, that a hotel and business centre with the total area of 51,600 square metres is to be raised on 31 Sadovnicheskaya Street in Moscow by 31 March 2011.

“A project of the hotel and business centre will be implemented on the site occupied by the unfinished structure,” a source from City Hall said.

According to the official, an investor of the development is VIP-Tsentr public corporation.

“The area of the object is designed to be 51,600 square metres, including the 34,400-square-metre building above ground level. The hotel will occupy 10,277 square metres of the centre and will contain 29 rooms,” the source added.

The area of the site allocated for development of the hotel and business centre is 1.038 hectares.
