OREANDA-NEWS. May 19, 2009. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is expanding coverage of its operations on the sector of housing construction.

The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan reports that on housing and construction co-operative Neftyanik (Neftci) with charter capital of AZN 100,000 passed registration on 14 April. Its head is Gorkhmaz Huseynov.

The Neftci founder shareholders are SOCAR, SOCAR-KPS, Azgerneft, SOCAR UGE, SOCAR Petroleum.
