Poll ran this April by Touchpoll Ukraine among people with monthly income in excess of UAH 3 thousand living in cities whose population is 100 thousand or more named VAB Bank among 5 banks trusted the most by wealthy Ukrainians. 8% of financially comfortable citizens expressed the intent to work with the Bank, reported the press-centre of VAB Bank.

The results of the poll show that 15% of the respondents plan to open accumulation or savings accounts and another 15% to place a deposit in the coming six month.

According to VAB Bank’s marketing director Alex Garmash, the bank has become the fourth in this trustworthiness rating owing to stable position in the market and consistency in favouring its commitments to the clients.  “Also, during the 1st quarter of 2009 we ran a promotion campaign focused on factors that make VAB Bank stable and reliable.  Messages it was aimed to convey were 17 years of success in the Ukrainian market, support by international shareholders (TBIF Financial Services B.V.), transparency of the activities, flagship position in bank metals market, etc.  Furthermore, reliability of VAB Bank has been confirmed by the independent rating agency Expert Rating who awarded the Bank the highest A+ reliability rating,” Alex Garmash said.
