OREANDA-NEWS. On 18 May 2009 was announced, that the Bank of Russia registered a report on the results of the additional Rosbank share issue. According to the results of share placement the Bank’s Charter capital reached RUB 7.46 billion and its own funds increased by RUB 4 billion. Rosbank placed 28.11 million shares with par value of RUB 10 each. The placement price was RUB 150.
