OREANDA-NEWS. On 18 May 2009 was announced, that the President of the Republic of Belarus has approved a draft intergovernmental agreement with Kazakhstan on cooperation in higher and postgraduate education as the basis for further talks. The Decree to this effect was signed by Alexander Lukashenko on 14 May.

Education Minster Alexander Radkov has been authorised to hold the talks and sign the agreement providing the parties reach accord on it within the scope of the draft.
