OREANDA-NEWS. On 18 May 2009 was announced, that Vnesheconombank’s Supervisory Board approved a subordinated loan to be provided toTranscapitalbank in the amount of 730 million rubles for the period up to December 2019.

The loan which will be received from Vneshekonombank, will be directed on lending of the enterprises of real economy, with a maturity not less than one year and under the effective rate, no more than the Bank’s of Russia refinancing rate multiplied by three per cent.
