OREANDA-NEWS. May 15, 2009. At its meeting on April 23, 2009 the Board of Directors of Depository-Clearing Company (DCC) considered and took notice of the Operating Statement of DCC for the first quarter of 2009 and the Activity Report of the Internal Auditor of DCC for the first quarter of 2009.

The Board of Directors also considered and took notice of the report on the progress of the project on implementation of DCC's new Settlement and Depository System being developed by CMA Small Systems.
