OREANDA-NEWS. On May 13, 2009 Uzeltekhsanoat Association established cooperation with several South Korean forms on creation of joint ventures.

Uzeltekhsanoat and Dong Seung Development Co., LTD will create the joint venture on production of LCD-monitors. The Uzbek association and Daebang Phostech Co.,Ltd will found joint venture on production of energy saving lamps.

Uzeltekhsanoat and LG Electronics will start production of refrigerators on the base of SINO OJSC (Samarkand).

The documents were signed on the results of the Uzbek-Korean Business Forum, which was held on 11 May 2009 within the state visit of the South Korean President Lee Myung-Bak.
