The Bank has taken this step to make the use of payment cards by customers as convenient and comfortable as possible, reported the press-centre of PrivatBank.

Replacement of VISA Express payment cards issued by AS "PrivatBank" with "Universal" credit cards is carried out absolutely free of charge! All you need is to come to the nearest AS "PrivatBank" branch with your passport and VISA Express card. The new and unpersonalised "Universal" card will be immediately issued to a customer, and he or she will be able to use it after 2 working days. Upon customer's request, a personalised card containing his or her name and surname can be issued. In such case, the production of a card may take up to five working days.
