OREANDA-NEWS. On May 12, 2009 Deloitte & Touche completed consolidated audit of the bank on the results of 2008. The audit was carried out in line with the decision of the shareholders of the bank from 27 November 2008.

Deloitte & Touche confirmed positive growth of assets and capital of the bank, as well as quality of liabilities and management of the bank in its final conclusions.

Kapitalbank said it has been carrying out audit of its annual results on international accounting standards since 2005.

Earlier, the bank used services of the Ernst and Young.
