OREANDA-NEWS. May 14, 2009. On 14 and 15 May the delegation of OAO AK Transneft – the largest Russian company concerned with oil transportation – will make a working visit to KAMAZ enterprises.

Last November the company’s representatives arrived at the enterprises of KAMAZ Inc. with a get-to-know visit. The top-managers of AK Transneft and KAMAZ – the main Russian supplier of vehicles and special equipment for a gas-and-oil producing industry – have recently came to an agreement about broadening of cooperation. The representatives of Transneft were invited to visit KAMAZ and with their own eyes see an economic and technological potential of the leader of the Russian truck industry.

The delegation of Transneft plans to visit the mother conveyor of the automobile plant, KAMAZ-Diesel, Remdiesel, Cummins Kama Joint Venture. The guests will visit the exhibition area of R&D Center where they will acquaint themselves with new products, visit Motor Racing Center of the KAMAZ-Master team and will attend a test-drive of a new model of a dump truck.

Then negotiations concerning concrete plans of their further cooperation will be held. By the way, Transneft builds an oil-pipeline from Siberia to China. Participating in such construction projects KAMAZ special equipment established a reputation of the most reliable and efficient.
