OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 May 2009 was announced, that Allianz Ukraine indemnified losses to UniCredit Leasing LLC in the amount of UAH 307,984.00 for the car damaged in a traffic accident and insured under the Formula motor hull insurance program.

Loss event occurred at the 124th km of the motorway Brest-Minsk. The driver of the insured DAF with a Clayton semitrailer failed to notice the IFA 50 truck standing off the road, lost control of the car and ran into it. As a result of the crash, the insured vehicle skidded and turned over to the left side. In the traffic accident the DAF suffered damage of the driver’s cabin, the windshield and the side glass, the gasoline tank, as well as wheel disks and head light.

Under this loss event, Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. paid out insurance indemnity to the vehicle owner (UniCredit Leasing LLC) in the amount of UAH 307,984.00.
