OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2009. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Kurmanbek Bakiev has signed the Decree “On awarding bankers of banking institutions of the Republic with state decorations”, reported the press-centre of IBC.

According to the Decree, President of the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan, Anvar Abdraev, has been awarded the title of the Honorary Economist of the Kyrgyz Republic for his outstanding service in the development of the banking system of the country.

International Business Council warmly congratulates Mr. Abdraev on the occasion of awarding him the honorary title.
