OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 May 2009 was announced, that the General Shareholders Meeting of Alfa-Bank Ukraine approved the report of the Management Board about the main directions of Alfa-Bank Ukraine's activities as well as the results of Alfa-Bank Ukraine's work in 2008.

The Meeting decided to use the Net Profit of UAH 161,351 thous. for the replenishment of the Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) reserve fund in 2008.
