OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2009. Mr. Nikolai Bychkov has been appointed director of Saratov agency of Allianz ROSNO Life. Ms. Marina Stepanenko, previously heading the agency, decided to further pursue her career outside Allianz Group, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Mr. Nikolai Bychkov was born on June 19’ 1956 in Saratov. In 1981, he graduated from the Saratov Polytechnical Institute, and in 1999 he completed studies in the Povolzh’e Public Service Academy. Prior to 1992, he worked in KGB. In 1992, he became a commercial director of the direct sales agency Express. In 1993 to 2000, he held the position of CEO of TOO Sarinvestservice. In 2000 to 2006 he worked in the international transportation company Sartransexpeditsia Ltd. as a deputy CEO. Since 2006, he held the position of the deputy head of the Economics and Trade Administration in Saratov’s Oktyabrsky district.

In his new role, Mr. Nikolai Bychkov will continue developing life insurance in Saratov, one of the top-priority cities for the company’s Volgo-Vyatka Directorate. The key short-term objectives for the Saratov agency’s management are: expanding the team of professional financial consultants, improving customer service quality, and actively promoting further sales.
