OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 May 2009 Gazpromregiongaz ZAO and Basic Element Company Ltd. announced the conclusion of the transaction deal of Bank Soyuz shares. In accordance with the General Agreement on financial recovery of Bank Soyuz, Gazfinance ZAO, which is fully controlled by Gazpromregiongaz, has become the owner of 75% of the shares of Bank Soyuz.
