First Deputy Moscow Mayor Congratulated WWII Veterans
OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 May 2009 was announced, that on the eve of Victory Day Vladimir Resin, first deputy Moscow Mayor at City Hall, head of Integrated Body for Urban Design Policy and Development of Moscow, congratulated the veterans of World War II on behalf of the builders of the Russian capital:
