OREANDA-NEWS. May 08, 2009. Customers of EMT can assemble their own service package by choosing usage volumes and thus control the cost of three main services – calls, messages and internet, reported the press-centre of EMT.

„In changing times, greater freedom and flexibility is expected of mobile services“, said Piret Murk-Dubout, Executive Vice President in charge of Marketing at EMT.

Traditionally, mobile services have been pre-packaged, but service packages assembled on the basis of an average user might not suite the needs of each individual user.  Thus, EMT decided to be the first one in Estonia to create a unique option of designing mobile and internet services package suited to personal needs of individual users.”

An innovative assembly model which takes into consideration individual needs of each user is called MyEMT. Each personal and business customer can design a personal service package by selecting services and service volumes as per individual needs. MyEMT does not have call starting fee and other costs which are often not reckoned with. MyEMT is a clear, simple and flexible package of mobile and internet services assembled by user of EMT.

Long-term customers are awarded with several benefits. Calls within the family and the company are free. Special discounts have been designed for children (free calls to parents and doubled volume of messages and internet), younger users (free calls to friends and doubled volume of messages and internet) and senior users (additional fifteen minutes of calling time). EMT loyalty program Topeltpluss customers can have up to 20% (based on customer time) of additional service volume. Also, benefits are available to all new and current long-term business customers as well (free service volume based on customer time).

A customer of EMT can always change selected services and service volumes when needs to use mobile or internet services change, for example in times when more calling time is needed. Also, service volumes can be reduced in less active periods, for example, during vacation. Pricing is made as simple as possible for the customer – all video and regular calls to all networks within Estonia are charged with a unified rate.

Also, text and multimedia messages have the same price.
On the invoice, selected services (calls, messages and internet) are summarized as MyEMT mobile and internet services. Details about volume of calls, messages and internet can be viewed at self-service and also on the invoice. Calls include all calls (both regular calls and video calls) to all Estonian networks; messages include both text and multimedia messages.
There is no call starting fee (both within and outside the selected service volume) and all calls are counted per second.

During the month of subscription, the customer can use the services in full amount of selected volume, but MyEMT mobile and internet fees are counted as per actual days of using the service.

Customers can subscribe to MyEMT service package at EMT and Elion representations where experienced sales advisors help with selecting MyEMT service volumes based on prior service usage.
