OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2009. Allianz ROSNO Life is launching the Sales Drive and Star Rain contests for the employees of its selling divisions throughout Russia. These contests will be active till the end of December 2009. The winners will receive valuable prizes and gifts, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The Sales Drive contest is intended to identify the most successful salesmen and heads of selling divisions. Under the terms of the contest, all financial consultants employed by Allianz ROSNO Life will score 5 points for each 25 thousand roubles of premium collected under the contracts concluded with new clients.

The heads of sales divisions will score 5 points for each 75 thousand roubles premium collected by the financial consultants from their respective divisions. In the end of 2009, all participants will be able to use their scored points to "purchase" various prizes and gifts from the specifically prepared catalogue. The minimum value of a gift in the catalogue will be 5 points. Among the prizes will be home appliances, cosmetics and tours to foreign countries . The financial consultants scoring the maximum number of points will participate in the drawing of a car.

The Star Rain competition will be held among the company’s selling divisions. Based upon the sales results, a monthly rating of the most successful divisions will be prepared. Each participating division will be awarded a certain number of stars in accordance with its respective position in the rating. After the contest the results will be summed up at the end of 2009, all the employees of the division scoring the highest quantity of stars will be awarded a joint trip to a recreational facility, featuring an entertainment program and a team-building seminar.
