The Supervisory Board of JSC Electrometallurgical Works Dneprospetsstal Named after A.N.Kuzmin has taken a decision (Minutes No 15 dated 23.04.2009) about pre-term contract termination with Daniel Valk, Chairman of the Board, a citizen of the USA, reported the press-centre of Dneprospetsstal. 

Daniel Valk has applied to the Supervisory Board for voluntary pre-term termination of the contract. Daniel Valk was appointed as Chairman of the Board by the decision taken at the extraordinary general meeting on November 30, 2006.

Vitaly Kornievsky, a citizen of Ukraine, has been appointed as acting Chairman of the Board of JCS Electrometallurgical Works Dneprospetsstal Named after A.N.Kuzmin for the period up to the validation of Chairman of the Board by the General Shareholders’ Meeting or the restriction from duty by the Supervisory Board.

Vitaly N. Kornievsky (d.o.b. 06.06.1958, Dnepropetrovsk) has been an advisor to Chairman of the Board of JCS Electrometallurgical Works Dneprospetsstal Named after A.N.Kuzmin until appointment as acting Chairman of the Board. In 1999-2008 he held executive posts (i.e. Commercial Director and Chairman of the Board-General Director) at JSC Dnepropetrovsk Iron and Steel Works Named after Petrovsky.
