OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 May 2009 was announced, that net income of OJSC "Concern Khlibprom" for the first quarter 2009 amounted to UAH 0,9 mio. The company Net profit increased by 2% times to UAH 108,9 mio (compared to consolidated results for the last year).

Gross profit amounted to UAH 36,1 mio (by 87 % more than in 2008). Considerable increase of gross profit is the result of the company cost and processes optimization. Operational income of the company for the first quarter amounted to UAH 12,5 mio. (last year — UAH 4,4 mio of operational loss).

Gross margin for the first three months of the year 2009 increased by 33% (18% for the last year).

During the first quarter of the year 2009 EBIDTA increased by 2,6 times and equaled to UAH 20,5 mln.
